Review:

Rock stars are real people, just like the rest of us. The rock star is this book is amazing, with all his ups and downs. He is a real person (a real fictional person at least). Both Josh and Cassie are so real that they are easy to relate to. Everyone has previous heartbreaks that can make you hesitant. Both characters are very well written, we slowly learn about them as they learn about each other. You are there with them through it all. You laugh with them and cry with them.

Maybe not all rock stars are real. I hope there aren’t any like Lanny. From the very beginning, I did not like him (more like hated him). The way he treats women makes me just want to throw something at him again and again. But he makes the perfect bad guy, dark and evil (silently sitting in a corner).

The characters are great, the story is great, and the romance is sweet and sexy. The plot twists are captivating. The villains are nasty. If you like rock stars, romance or stalkers, you will love this book!

About the Author:

MJ is a lunch lady in the heart of Central Illinois. My gosh, can you get more folksy than that? She met her husband at the University of Missouri-Columbia and now she has an nineteen-year-old (how did that happen?) and seventeen year old triplets! She loves to read, karaoke (where she can pretend she is a rock star) and spends WAY too much time on Facebook. She grew up in St. Louis and still has family there.
